Turn any place into a layered laser-cut map

Search or drag the map. Everything inside the blue frame becomes stacked, laser-ready sheets: water, land and roads.

Frame
mm
mm
Layers, engraving and laser settings open in the preview after you generate. Changing them then is free and updates the preview.
Roads
These are cut as the raised top sheet.
mm
Streets smaller than the cut roads are engraved on land.
Water
Extra stepped sheets from sea-floor depth data. Works on coasts and large water bodies, not rivers.
mmFor rivers mapped only as a line. 0 hides them.
Laser settings
mmWidth of material the beam burns away. Each piece is grown by half of this.
1.5 mm
Where each piece goes is engraved on the sheet below, this far inside its edge so the piece hides the line.
mmThinner slivers are removed so they don't burn away or snap off.
Name label
On the map, wherever you put it: drag it on the preview, or its corner to resize it. Streets stop short of its letters.
