All sales are final
Credit packs and Unlimited are delivered as soon as you pay. We don't give refunds for a change of mind, for credits you haven't used, or for time left on a subscription. Framing and setting up a design is free, so please check it before you spend credits: the preview shows the layers and sheets you'll get.
Faulty files
If files you paid for are faulty, we'll fix them. If we can't fix them in reasonable time, we refund what they cost. Faulty means, for example:
- the files don't open in common laser software (LightBurn, xTool Creative Space, Glowforge, Inkscape);
- they come out at the wrong size, or with sheets or pieces missing;
- the layers don't line up with each other the way the preview shows.
These aren't faults:
- limits of the source data, such as an old lake survey or a missing road;
- choices you made in the design (size, layers, detail, engraving), which you can change for free;
- your material, laser settings or the kerf value you set.
Email support@mylasermap.com within 30 days of the download with a link to the design, what's wrong, and the software and laser you use. A photo or screenshot helps. Refunds for faulty files come back as credits, or as money for the purchase they came from if you'd rather.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or a payment went through but no credits arrived, email us and we'll put it right: we refund the extra charge or add the missing credits.
Cancelling Unlimited
Cancel any time from your account menu (Manage plan). Unlimited stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew after that. We don't refund part-used periods. Everything you made while subscribed stays free to download, and any credits you had are still there.
How refunds are paid
Money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please talk to us first
If something's wrong, email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix it faster, and a dispute freezes the payment while the bank looks into it.
Your legal rights
By buying, you ask us to deliver your credits and downloads straight away and accept that any right to cancel the purchase ends once they're delivered. Rights consumer law gives you for faulty digital content where you live are not affected.
